Il Workshop si inserisce nell’ambito della Rete Jean Monnet EUNAP (European Union – Asia Pacific Dialogue: Promoting European Integration and Mutual Knowledge Across Continents), di cui il Dipartimento di Scienze Giuridiche e dell’Impresa della LUM fa parte insieme all’Università Deusto di Bilbao – Spagna (Capofila del Progetto), l’Università di Canterbury – Nuova Zelanda, l’Università di Wuhan-Cina e l’Università di Toyo – Giappone.
L’iniziativa è stata Coordinata dal Prof. Francesco Ricci (Scientific Coordinator del Progetto EUNAP per la LUM), con l’organizzazione scientifica dei Prof. Francesco Alicino, Mirko Abbamonte (entrambi docenti LUM) e della Prof.ssa Inmaculada Herbosa Martínez (Universidad Deusto di Bilbao, Spagna).
Hanno altresì preso parte ai lavori i Prof. Roberto Martino (Università di Chieti-Pescara), Aniello Merone (Università Europea di Roma), Andrea Pin (Università di Padova), Antonello Tarzia (LUM), insieme a Lauren Bland (dottoranda dell’Università di Canterbury, Nuova Zelanda) e Donato Maria Matera (dottorando della LUM).
The international workshop on “Regulatory Models and Principles Through the Prism of European and Asia-Pacific Legal Traditions and their Juridical Culture” will take place on Thursday 1 December at 16:00 and Friday 2 December at 9:30 at the new LUM University Campus (Casamassima).
The Workshop is promoted within the Jean Monnet Network “European Union – Asia Pacific Dialogue: Promoting European Integration and Mutual Knowledge Across Continents” (EUNAP). The Department of Legal and Business Studies of LUM University is part of this network, along with Prof. Francesco Ricci (local project manager for LUM University), Prof. Francesco Alicino and Prof. Mirko Abbamonte.
The EUNAP Network provides a multidisciplinary academic platform on European Union (EU)-Asia Pacific relations. In addition to LUM University, partners of the Network also include the School of Law of the Deusto University of Bilbao (Network Coordinator), the University of Canterbury – New Zealand (National Centre for Research on Europe), the University of Wuhan – China (School of Political Sciences and Public Administration) and Tokyo University – Japan (Faculty of Global and Regional Studies).
