Engineering management
The three-year Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management aims to train professional profiles that express managerial skills related to Digital Management processes in industrial contexts by integrating business, economic and legal knowledge with statistical-mathematical, management and technological skills. Graduates in Engineering Management (study path in Digital Management) will be able to support the management and the transformation of business processes in an organizational and inter-organizational key, seizing the opportunities for improvement and optimization of workflows and seizing new opportunities through innovative business models; graduates will be able to follow the evolution of information systems according to organizational needs by planning, designing and managing the services provided in relation to IT activities and the people involved in them with business, customers and users.
Graduates in Engineering Management with a Digital Management specialization will be able to use strategies to capture and manage the amount of data that digital transformation makes available and, through advanced mathematical and statistical skills, will be able to process information to be used by the decision-makers within the enterprises. The study path is completed with an English language module and professional writing seminars to improve the communication skills of undergraduates as also provided for in the “Qualifying educational objectives” of the L-9 Industrial Engineering Class to which the Course of Studies belongs.

Graduates in Management Engineering - Digital Management specialization - will be able to support the management and transformation of business processes in an organizational and inter-organizational key, improving workflows and seizing new opportunities for technological innovation by generating business models innovative. They will be able to follow the evolution of information systems according to the organization's needs by planning, designing and managing the services provided in relation to Information Technology activities and the people involved in them.

Graduates in Management Engineering - Digital Management specialization - can cover a wide range of organizational roles, with particular attention to the fields of design, production, management and business organization, assistance to technical-commercial structures, risk analysis and quality and safety management. They can work both in the free profession and in manufacturing or service companies and in public administrations. In addition, graduates will develop an entrepreneurial culture and mindset, that can be useful for the creation and development of business initiatives.
